1997 represented Mercedes Benz in the Tokyo Motorshow a Ultraluxus concept car under the name Mercedes Benz May brook (V12, 5987 cm, HP 550). The concept was rather successful and it was decided, in order to develop it. Mercedes made however the decision, around the car under the exclusive mark May brook to marked out. Therefore May brook became as mark in the early 2000s, with the production of the new model in two sizes - May brook 57 and May brook 62 again animated (the numbers are the lengths of the automobiles into that decimetres, the longer 62 permit rear owners, into their seats completely to support directly). The price distance from US$305,000 to $357.000. 2005 were added the new 57S, sporting a more efficient machine (6.0L V12 Biturbo, 604bhp and 737lbft of the torque producing) and Kosmetiknoten, which supply sporty a picture.
